Biciplan

The Municipality of Bologna, through Urban Center Bologna, has begun drafting the Biciplan, a plan to encourage a change in the mobility habits of Bologna’s citizens through increased bicycle use in the city, with the aim of making Bologna a hospitable and safe place for all.
